In-Home Euthanasia Visit- $350 (*an additional mileage fee will be added to locations beyond 20 miles of Nall and 103rd)

After Care Options:

• Communal Cremation- $125
• Private Cremation- $295 (includes an urn) 

In-Home Hospice Assessment- $200 (*an additional mileage fee will be added to locations beyond 20 miles of Nall and 103rd)
